Two long seperated half-siblings BERNICE (Vice Ganda) and DETTY (Ai-ai Delas Alas) are finally reunited but on a complete reversal of fortune. The once poor totoy (little boy) and now the big-time apparels magnate hires his sister who's now down on her luck & living a simpler life. Realizing she doesn't recognize him, he grabs this opportunity to make her pay the hardships her family did to them. Not contented, he even asks his godson Angelo (Daniel Padilla) to play on the feelings of Detty's daugther Kathy (Kathyn Bernardo). But Detty seems not affected by Bernice's tormenting.
